General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between when bd and the user of the services ("User"). Accessing the when bd platform, creating an account, or using any service means you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. when bd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change means the user has accepted the updated Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on when bd, a user must be at least 21 years of age. If anyone provides a false age during registration, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account on when bd. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same mobile number or bank account is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect or misleading information may cause problems during account verification and may result in withdrawals being put on hold.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

when bd may verify identity through a national identity card or other government-issued document in certain circumstances. If the verification process is not completed, withdrawal access may be restricted.

Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details — username and password — confidential. Sharing account credentials with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the when bd support team immediately.

when bd will not be liable for unauthorised transactions on an account, but if the user notifies us promptly, necessary steps will be taken. Use a strong password and end your session after logging in on an unfamiliar device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount on the when bd platform is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. To make a withdrawal, the account must be fully verified and the withdrawal method must be the same one used for the deposit. when bd generally processes withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended and an investigation will begin.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

when bd gives new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, and to withdraw it you must complete a total of ৳30,000 (৳1,200 × 25) in bets.

5.2 Other Promotions

when bd offers the following promotions:

• Weekly when bd Reload: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000. Wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳100.
• when bd Slots Festival Bonus: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000. Wagering 25x, minimum deposit ৳100.
• Weekend when bd Cricket Joy: 40% deposit bonus, up to ৳6,000. Wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳100.
• when bd Birthday Special Gift: Reward up to ৳2,000. Wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend when bd Reward: Reward up to ৳1,500 per active friend. Wagering 12x.

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

A bonus is not a cash gift — it can only be used to play games. Bonuses or winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. when bd reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.

Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Finality of Game Results

All game and betting results are final. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, when bd will check server-side logs and make a final decision. The customer service team will assist users in such matters.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting category and are shown in the game interface. when bd reserves the right to change betting limits on specific markets or events, particularly for high-demand events.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds published for sports betting may change before a game starts. Payouts will be made at the odds at which the bet was accepted. If a match is cancelled or postponed, when bd will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the when bd platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or winnings through fraudulent or deceptive means.
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial method to play games.
• Selling, transferring, or allowing a third party to use an account.
• Colluding with other users to influence game results.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, when bd will suspend or permanently close the account and may forfeit the balance.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 when bd's Authority

when bd reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently close any account for valid reasons. This includes violations of the Terms, suspected fraud, or failure to complete the identity verification process.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact customer service. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any eligible balance (subject to bonus wagering requirements being met) will be returned.

Limitation of Liability

when bd is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, when bd will not be liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by the user's internet disconnection.
• Account credentials being exposed due to the user's own carelessness.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Unexpected technical failures or force majeure situations.

when bd never guarantees any winnings from gaming. Gaming is entirely uncertain and there is a possibility of financial loss.

Privacy and Data Protection
